feeling: excited
saturday was my sister-in-laws second baby shower. we had it at our house. my mom bought some decorations but had no idea what to do with them. so i decorated and everything turned out really cute :) kristi wants me to take some of the stuff that was up and decorate the baby's room with it. we are all SO EXCITED. THREE MORE WEEKS!!! three more weeks and i am auntie amy! i want to get a pink tshirt made. i do NOT wear pink ever ever ever, but i am going to make one and wear it to the hospital. she's due friday, feb. 13th, and we're all hoping she'll wait one more day. my brother is taking two weeks off and i've saved up a personal day so i can go over and spend it with kristi and natalie. michele and sue came over this weekend for the shower and michele said she's been calling natalie 'tilly' in her head, which i think is a MUCH better nickname than NAT or natty. my brother said if she's a brat he's going to call her natalie bratalie, and if she's chubby he's going to call he natalie fatalie. he won't really, but that made me laugh so hard i almost peed myself.

she's going to be natalie bratalie :) most spoiled child ever born.

i called my cousin, kristin, before the shower started and asked her if she were bringing any of the kids. she said no, so i asked her if she'd bring kaitlynn and let me have her for a sleepover. so she did :) we painted our nails today, colored, pet kitties, played with the camera, went swimming (in the hot tub), and watched princess movies. and since my cousin is moving only about a mile away from us, the kids will be much closer and we can see them more often. autumn (she's my youngest cousin) asked if she could come over too, so i'm getting her in two weeks. she's 11, and we're going to go to the zoo :)

friday my office spent all day doing my work. it's great because i'm going to go in there today and not have anything to do. i'll get to start learning my new job.

everything kicks so much ass. friday my bank account is going to jump up over $1000. i haven't had over $1000 in my account in over a year. that's going to feel soooo good. i used last paycheck to pay for school and so i have this one poor-week to get through and i'll be flush again. supposed to go to orlando this weekend. if there are still tickets i'm seeing the wailers saturday. joey, jose, and jon all might go. none of them have ever met each other so it should make for a fun night if it happens. if i don't end up doing that i will be hanging out with tricia.

and this is supposed to be the weekend basil and i originally planned on hooking up again, before we eeked out that night before school started. i want to keep those plans.

i have SO MUCH math homework this week. i haven't started it yet. lunchtime is now homework time instead of masturbation time :(web stats
